Our vision is to be a leader in workforce development by bringing together industry partners, academic institutions, non-profit organizations and the community. Together we can build a PreK-12 workforce pipeline and generate interest in high-skill industries.

Our inaugural event in 2019 first brought STEAM to the streets of Uptown Greenwood. Together we will continue to build upon our success by expanding and deepening our impact on students from PreK-12 through interactive learning experiences that expose students to potential STEAM careers. The festival has been a major success because of the tremendous support of the community and our education and industry partners.
