iMAGINE Upstate STEAM Festival Required Documentation

All exhibitors will need to submit a $1,000,000 Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI). Your COI will need to have Clemson University listed as an additional insured with the following address listed in the Certificate Holder section:

• ATTN: Linda Rice
• 391 College Avenue, Suite 202
• Clemson, SC 29634

A sample COI is available below.

All exhibitors, except state agencies, must submit a signed waiver of liability.

Additionally, for-profit groups will need to provide a copy of their business license, and nonprofit groups must submit a copy of their IRS Letter of Tax Determination.

Clemson University-based groups do not need to provide documentation.
